  1. How it works

How does The Stylease work?

  • Browse through our exclusive collection on our website or in our store and pick your favorite designer look for your event. For ease we have showcased the collection by occasions, outfit type or accessory type. You can also filter by size, color, price and designer name.
  • Once you pick the outfit you like, select your size and choose the preferred duration and delivery date of your order. We allow bookings up to 6 months in advance so that you are not left disappointed due to unavailability.
  • Amp up your game with accessories from our specially curated collection to complement your outfit.
  • Proceed to checkout and place your order. Once the order is processed, we will get in touch to custom fit the outfit according to your personal measurements. The outfit will be delivered to your doorstep and we will also pick it up for you for free as you sit back and relax and enjoy our hassle free experience.
  • You can also visit our store at Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai and try on as many outfits as you wish, give your measurements in person and rent it directly from the store as well.

 

How does the security deposit refund work?

Each time you rent an outfit, we charge a security deposit along with the rental amount which is refunded once the outfit is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out. In case of damages/stains, we will deduct them from the security deposit or charge extra thereafter.

 

For how long can I keep the outfit with me?

The rental duration for any outfit is either 4 days or 8 days. For longer durations please contact us.

 

I want to collaborate with you for a photoshoot. How does it work?

If you wish to rent any outfit for a photoshoot or a film (for a commercial purpose), you can send us your details at contact@thestylease.com and we will get back to you about the same.

 

How can I ensure that the product I order is exactly the same as the image?

All the product images that you see on the website are clicked by us to ensure authenticity. If you wish you can also come into our store and check out the products in person.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

It usually takes 1-2 working days for an order to reach you. The website allows you to choose a delivery date three days from the current date so that we have ample time to fit the outfit according to your custom measurement and deliver it to you for your special occasion.

 

Where and how can I track my order?

Sorry, currently we dont provide online tracking for your order. In case you have any questions you can contact us and we will immediately get in touch with you.

 

How do I reschedule my delivery or pick up?

You can mail us at contact@thestylease.com with your order number and details or reach out to us via the contact us page.

 

Does the rental duration start from the day I have placed the order?

No, the rental duration starts from your chosen delivery date and is valid for the rental duration (4 or 8 days) you have chosen when placing the order.

 

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver all over India to all pin codes.

 

  1. Cancellation and Return

How do I cancel my order?

The cancellation request must be emailed to contact@thestylease.com. Please check out our cancellation policy for more details.

 

I want to return my order after it has been delivered to me. Will the rental amount be refunded to me?

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the rental amount is not refundable. Please check our cancellation policy and return policy for more details.

 

  1. Quality and Hygiene

How do you ensure hygiene?

Our customers are our first priority and we never want to disappoint you. All our outfits are sanitized and dry cleaned by us prior to delivery. We also sanitize our accessories using a verified product, especially made for jewelry, before it reaches your doorsteps.

 

Will I need to iron the dress myself?

All our outfits are sanitized, dry cleaned and steam ironed by us prior to delivery. If you must, please get it professionally steam ironed only. Any damages to the outfit will be deducted from your security deposit or charged extra thereafter.

 

  1. Payments and Deposits

 

What methods of payment do you accept? Do you accept COD?

We accept online payment for all orders placed online. You can pay in cash if you place the order in our store. For selected orders (to be delivered in Mumbai) we may be able to do cash on delivery but please contact us if you are interested in the same before placing the order.

 

What happens to the amount I've paid in case I cancel the order?

 

  • If the cancellation request is made in more than 7 days in advance of delivery of product then in that event the refund made is of 100% of value of product.
  • If the cancellation request is made between 7-3 days before delivery of the product then in that event the refund is made of 50% of value of product.
  • If the cancellation request is made in less than 3 days of delivery of the product then no refund will be made for such cancellation.
  • The refund money for cancellation will be refunded within 45 days of cancellation.The Security Deposit will be returned in full for cancellation.

What is the time taken to process the refund of the security deposit?

Once the outfit is returned to us, it goes through a quality check. After that is done, we will credit the security deposit to your bank account within 7-14 working days of returning the outfit.

 

Are there any delivery fees charged for the order?

No, we dont charge any delivery or pickup charges. The rental amount includes all of that.

Where is your store?

Our store is located in Saki Naka in Andheri East, Mumbai. You can find the exact address of the store on our contact us page.

 

What are your store timings?

The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm.

 

Can I pick up an outfit from the store if I need it urgently?

You are welcome to visit our store anytime between Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm. You can come in and try as many outfits you like as well as place your order in our store and pick up pieces you may need urgently.

 

Can I book outfits directly from the store?

Yes, you are free to book outfits directly from our store.

 

  1. Lease with Stylease

What kind of outfits do you accept?

We accept Indian and Western designer clothing and jewelry for men and women. The outfit will go through a quality check to ensure it has no damages or stains and fits our parameter.

 

What do I earn?

Every time an outfit gets rented, you make 30-50% of the rental value as the revenue share. You get paid once the order is fulfilled.

 

I forgot the MRP of my garment. What do I fill in the detail?

You can fill in the approximate MRP of the garment and our team will look into it and get back to you.

 

What will happen if my outfit gets damaged?

Each time your outfit is rented, we charge a security deposit along with the rental amount which is refunded if the outfit is in the same condition as it was sent out.  In case of damages/stains, we will charge them from the security deposit.

If the damage is not repairable, the customer will be liable to pay 100% of the retail value of the outfit. To ensure this, every time a person checks out from our website s/he has to agree to the terms and conditions which mention the above case.

 

How and where will my garments be stored?

Your garments will be kept and handled with utmost care in suit bags at our store. The outfits will be regularly dry cleaned after every order is fulfilled and it comes back to the store. We make sure each outfit looks as good as new before it is rented.

 

How will I be paid for my earnings?

The monthly earnings will be transferred electronically to your bank account at the end of each month for all the orders served in that month.

 

How much time does it take to shoot the outfit and make it live?

We take approximately 45 days to shoot and make an outfit live from the time it reaches us.

 

How do I block my outfit if I need it?

You can contact us and let us know about your preferred duration and dates so that we can block it for you. Let us know about it well in advance to avoid any prior orders.

  1. Sizing and Fitting

What if the delivered outfit doesn’t fit me?

We aim to ensure that every outfit fits you like a dream but in case there is an error, please contact us immediately. We offer 4 day rentals for exactly this reason so that you can order the piece 2 days before your event and ensure perfect fit. 

 

If the order is delivered within Mumbai, we will refit the piece for you and redeliver at no cost as soon as possible. In certain cases, you may also get permission to take it to your local tailor and alter it accordingly but please contact us before doing so in order to ensure that there is no amount deducted from your security deposit.

 

How are measurements taken for custom fitting?

After you have placed the order, we will contact you via email for your custom measurements. We offer a size guide on how to take your measurements to ensure ease. You can also drop into our Mumbai store and physically let us measure you. We keep the measurements on file so you do not have the hassle of getting yourself remeasured for every outfit.

 

Can I alter my outfit at home?

Our tailors take great effort in custom fitting the outfit for you before it is sent out to you so there wont be any need for altering the outfit at home. In case you have any issues, please contact us immediately.
